Business WLAN | n4100 and cable length limitation

Is there a limitation on what length of cable i can connect to the n4100. The cable i use is cat5e.

And i get no communication between sp400 printer and n4100 when the cable is 22m.
Also i get no communication when i connect the n4100 to poe switch with cable 22m. I had to move the n4100 next to poe for it to work.
Also connecting normal HP switch to the n4100 with the same cable length didnt work.

Now thw sp400 printer need to be on the frontdesk and the n4100 is in the communications room 22m away. When i press on any of the printer buttons i get 'Connection failed'. If i move it next to the n4100 with a cable of 2 meters .. it worked.

So please advice what to do
